General Use Of The Website
The public website can be visited without creating an account and without submitting personal data through a contact form. The site is built as a WordPress portfolio, notebook, and plugin documentation site.
Hosting And Server Logs
When the website is accessed, the web server may process technical access data such as IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer URL, browser and operating system information, HTTP status code, and transferred data volume.
This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain security, diagnose technical issues, and operate the server reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies And Similar Technologies
The public website does not currently use analytics or marketing cookies. The theme does not use local storage or session storage for visitor tracking. WordPress may use technically necessary cookies for logged-in users and administrators.
Embedded YouTube Videos
Some plugin pages may include embedded YouTube walkthrough videos. These videos are displayed as click-to-load placeholders. YouTube is only loaded after the visitor actively starts the video.
When a YouTube video is loaded, the browser connects to servers operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google may process information such as IP address, browser and device information, referrer URL, and video interaction data. Where possible, videos are embedded via the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain.

Analytics
The website uses local server-log analysis to understand aggregated usage, such as visited pages, referrers, approximate visitor numbers, and country-level origin. This analysis is generated on the server from existing technical access logs. No analytics cookies, tracking pixels, local storage, or external analytics scripts are used.
Country-level statistics are derived locally from IP addresses before the aggregated report is shown in the WordPress admin area. The analytics report does not store visitor IP addresses in WordPress.
Retention
Technical log data is retained only as long as necessary for operation, troubleshooting, and security. Email correspondence is retained as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and any related obligations.
Your Rights
